One for anyone who has stayed at our shelter, with a partnering hotel, or in housing paid for by Embrace; one for anyone who has done an appointment-based advocacy session with Embrace; one if you attended an Embrace support group; one for anyone who had an accompaniment response from an Embrace Advocate; and one if you attended a presentation or training by Embrace staff. Please take the survey if you’ve participated in that program. These surveys help us maintain quality service to all survivors in the four counties we serve.
